Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary provisions including the conditions to be met by natural and legal persons for entitlement of the financial incentives and compensation, provisions governing the procedures for their implementation, the method of payment of financial incentives and benefits, obligations to be met by the user after receiving the cash incentive or fees, and it further provides a complete list of documentation and prescribes violations and determines the fines for these same.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
