Abstract
This Law regulates the type and amount of financial incentives and benefits intended as aid or sustain to agriculture and fisheries sector or related activities, determining areas in which certain financial incentives are granted in larger amount, beneficiaries of the financial incentives and benefits for domestic production and services in agriculture and fisheries, and quality assurance for the use of financial incentives and benefits.
This Law further prescribes all necessary standards, administrative duties and provisions and related offences and penalties.
The Law is divided into 6 Chapters and 58 articles.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, and shall apply on the thirtieth day after the entry into force, except for the provisions of the article 6 paragraph 10 which will enter in force on 1 July 1999.
