Regulation on the manner of collecting data, on the content and keeping of Register and on the conditions of forest fire data.

This Regulation establishes the competent authority and sets out the related tasks for such authorities in relation to the implementation of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1737/2006 of 7 November 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 2152/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning monitoring of forests and environmental interactions in the Community.
This text further prescribes the manner of data collection, sets out the necessary contents and manner for keeping of the Register of Forest Management Area of the Republic of Croatia (in the part of the register that deals with forest fires). Also the conditions for use of that type of data are determined.
Article 4 lists the requested Register contents; Article 7 defines that the competent national Ministry shall submit data from the Register to international bodies and institutions upon their request, and to other state bodies and legal entities that are in need of such data and information for the performance of legally prescribed tasks and tasks within their jurisdiction, as well as to other persons upon special request.
