Abstract
This Regulation prescribes methods for a data collection, register keeping and conditions for a usage of the information related to the forest fires, also by establishing the competent authority and duties of the competent authority (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) for the implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1737/2006 of 7 November 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) no. 2152/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning monitoring of forests and environmental interactions in the Community (OJ L 334, 30.11.2006).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
