Abstract
This Regulation prescribe the manner, terms and procedure for determining and keeping of the names of ships and yachts or technical designation of vessels with a related entry into the National Register.
Ministry of Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development is in charge for every approval before the official entry into the Register.
