Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary requirements and conditions for the correct implementation of the standard procedure related to the entitlement of the costs of fisheries development in breeding and selection work on the Croatian territory.
Part of the costs (max 70% of the total amount) of the development program in the breeding selection work related to the aquaculture (fish and other marine organisms) can be returned to the legal and natural persons if the necessary conditions are fulfilled.
