Abstract
This Regulation prescribes: the requirements and methods for determining the right marine equipment, which in accordance with international conventions have to equip Croatian ships, and the conditions for placing on the market of such equipment in the Republic of Croatia.
The provisions prescribed with this Regulation are in accordance with international safety and environmental standard rules, in order to grant the best technical support for the navigation of the Croatian ships.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
