Abstract
This Regulation defines the requirements for marine equipment which, in accordance with international conventions, equips ships/vessels on the Croatian territory, and further sets the conditions for placing of such equipment on the internal market.
This Regulation also adopts the issues contained in the following documents: Directive 2014/90/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on marine equipment and Council Directive 96/98/EC; Regulation (EC) 765/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008 on the establishment of applications for the accreditation and supervision of markets in respect of the placing on the market and the abolition of the Regulation (EEC) 339/93; and Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on European standardization, its amending Council Directives 89/686/EEC and 93/15/EEC and other Directives such as 94/9/EC, 94/25/EC, 95/16/EC, 2009/23/EC and 2009/105/EC.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
