Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the maximum surface of agricultural land area, owned by the Croatian Republic, that can be sold to a natural or legal subject.
Maximum size of the agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic which can be sold to a individual natural or legal person is 200 ha.
