Abstract
This Regulation lays down measures for the suppression of Brucella Ovis infection.

If Brucella Ovis infection was confirmed in any animal in the herd, all the sheep will be considered infected.
Rams for breeding can be introduced into the herd if they: a) come from a holding where Brucella Ovis infection has not been diagnosed in the last 12 months; b) have been continuously kept on the same farm, at least 60 days before loading; c) have been controlled serologically in the last 30 days.
The economy gets the status of Brucella Ovis infected if the Brucella ovis infection is confirmed by the official tests, prescribed by the Annex of this Regulation.
