Abstract
This Regulation prescribes measures for detection, control and eradication of classic swine fever.
Each occurrence of the suspected presence of classic swine fever are mandatory and must promptly be reported to the Directorate.
Epidemiological research related to the occurrence or suspicion of an outbreak of classic swine fever must be conducted on the basis of a questionnaire that is part of the Plan of measures to be implemented in the event of an outbreak of classic swine fever (article 21 of this Regulation).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2005.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on measures for the control and eradication of classic swine fever (Official Gazette 67/91) will be no longer in use.The provisions of this Regulation related to the EU legislation shall be applied at entry of the Croatian Republic into the European Union.
