Abstract
This Regulation prescribes measures to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms - Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) son. Anoplophora malasiaca (Thomson).
In order to prevent the introduction of harmful organisms, plants intended for planting the following genera and species: Acer, Aesculus, Albizia, Alnus, Betula, Carpinus, Casuarina, Corylus, Cotoneaster, Cryptomeria japonica, Fagus, Ficus, Fraxinus, Hibiscus, Lagerstroemia, litchi, Mallotus, Melia, Morus, Platanus, Populus, Quercus (without leaves), Salix, Sophora, and Ulmus, and herb genera Crataegus and Rosa in the stage of sleep, without leaves, flowers and fruits, originating from Asian countries, are subject to the monitoring of health status after introduction into the Croatian Republic.
