Abstract
This Regulation prescribes measures to prevent the introduction and spread of pathogens spindle tuber potato (Potato spindle tuber viroid), the requirements that must be met when entering and transfer certain plants and the manner of conducting special surveillance and reporting of the presence of harmful organism.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
