Regulation on Measures to Prevent the Introduction and Spread of Red Palm Pipe-Rhynchophorus Ferrugineus (Olivier).

This Regulation prescribes measures to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organisms of red palm pipe - Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier), the requirements that must be met when entering and moving sensitive plants and how to implement specific monitoring and reporting on the presence of red palm weevil.
In order to protect the nature from the introduction of red palm taps into the Croatian Republic and its neighbors, the Minister may prescribe other measures in accordance with this Regulation.
The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.
