Abstract
This Regulation, in order to prevent the occurrence and spread of bird flu or avian influenza (animal disease), sets the precautionary rules to be observed on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia.
This text prescribes the provisions related to the keeping of poultry and game in the manner that will avoid any contact with wild birds; keeping of ducks, goats and other waterpipes separate from other animals; keeping of feeding and eating poultry and perennial game and birds in captivity in indoor or covered areas where wild bird landing and contact will not be possible; ban over the use of water resources if not safe; and other specific rules as listed in the article 1.
