Abstract
This Regulation determines the updated necessary measures aimed to prevent the spread and aimed at suppressing the golden yellow flavescence (dor e) caused by Phytoplasma vitis phytoplasm (yellow speckle disease).
The main host plants are viticulture plants (Vitis vinifera) and other species and crosses of genus Vitis. The subsidiary host of the harmful organism is plain pavitine (Clematis vitalba). The vector of the harmful organism object of this text is identified in American cricket (Scaphoideus titanus).
Procedure in case of suspected infection are stipulated in article 4; decision on determining demarcated areas in article 6; measures in the infected area in article 8; action plan in article 15; inspection indications in article 16.
