This Regulation provides conditions for the production, marketing and use of medicinal feed, duties and responsibility of the competent authorities, standards for data collection and reporting, import requirements, including requirements for labelling and packaging of medicinal feed.
The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on conditions for production, marketing and use of medicated feed (Official Gazette 101/05) will be no longer in use.
