Regulation on the methodology for calculating and setting the national indicative energy savings target in direct consumption.

This Regulation prescribes the methodology for calculating and setting the national indicative energy savings target in direct consumption in accordance with Directive 2006/32/EC on energy end-use efficiency and energy services.
The percentage used as the basis for setting the three-year county target should be in accordance with the percentage used for setting the short-term national indicative energy savings target which is presented in the national action plan. If a county is using a smaller percentage, this must be justified in the county programme.
If there is no county energy balance sheet or exact statistical data, for the drafting of the first three-year county programme and accompanying annual plan the county may use available estimates of direct energy consumption in its territory.
Data is collected and used in accordance with the ordinance on the single energy efficiency information system.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
