Abstract
This Regulation lays down the reference methods of sampling and reference methods of analysis of heat-treated milk intended for human consumption, for quality controls.
Reference methods of analysis of heat-treated milk as follows: a) determination of total solid; b) determination of fat content; c) determination of non-fat dry matter; d) determination of total nitrogen; e) determination of protein content; f) determination of the specific mass.
Implementation of the reference methods of analysis, determining the criteria of reliability and sampling carried out in accordance with the provisions, are set out in the Annex I which is printed with this Regulation, as its integral part.
