Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the method of sampling and analysis of lead, cadmium, mercury, inorganic tin ect in food and feed.
Official controls are carried out in accordance with the Regulation on official controls performed to ensure verification of compliance with the provisions of food and feed, and regulations on health and animal welfare.
Sampling is conducted by a person authorized by special Regulation for the implementation of official controls.
Full Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
