Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the methods of sampling and analysis of dioxin and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls for the purposes of official controls.
Official controls are carried out in accordance with food regulations. Sampling is to be conducted by a person authorized by a special regulation for the implementation of official controls.
Laboratories that perform analysis for the official control pursuant to this Regulation shall meet the requirements of the article 81 of the Croatian Food Act (Official Gazette 46/2007).
Full Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
