Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the methods of sampling and testing of seed quality, the analysis necessary for certain types of plants, methods and conditions for taking samples and monitoring of the work of laboratories.
Methods of sampling and testing of seeds will be conducted in accordance with this Regulation, which is in line with the international ISTA rules.
The Annexes I-III are an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation on the basic requirements for quality, testing methods, packaging and labelling of seeds of agricultural plants (Official Gazette 4/05, 49/05, 94/05, 13/06, 73/06) will be no longer in use.
