Abstract
This Regulation provides measures and standards necessary for the basic terms and conditions of the implementation of EU Regulations governing the monitoring of greenhouse gases on the Croatian territory.
This Regulation establishes the framework for the implementation of Commission Decision 2005/166/EC providing rules implementing Decision No. 280/2004/EC concerning a mechanism for monitoring over the greenhouse gas emissions within the Community and the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol (OJ L 55, 1, 3 2009).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
