Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner, terms, content, and format of the data for an complete and correct mutual exchange of information and reporting on risk assessment and air quality management regarding the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation adopts the following legal directives: Directive 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 , 2008. on air quality and cleaner air for Europe (OJ L 152, 11 6th 2008); Commission decision (Directive 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the mutual exchange of information and reporting on air quality; and (2011/850/EU), (OJ L 335, 17 12th 2011th) (Commission Decision 2011/850/EU).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
