Abstract
This Regulation sets standards and measures of the Croatian national flood control plan, which includes: territorial units for flood protection; stages of flood control; flood protection measures, including preventive measures; holders of flood control duties; management of flood control; obligations and rights of defense against floods; content of the implementation plans for flood protection; logistic and emergency standards; system for informing and warning and communication system.
This plan also includes measures for the protection from ice present in water bodies.
