Regulation on the national quality system of agricultural and food products "Proven quality".

This Regulation provides for issues and rules as regards the Croatian national quality system of agricultural and food products denominated "Proven quality .
In particular this text sets out the necessary contents of the request for recognition of the such label; content of the product specification; procedure for verifying over the compliance terms; contents of the related Certificate of Conformity; content of the request for extension of inspection body powers, and obligations of those inspection bodies; appearance and manner of use of the mark/label Proven quality
This Regulation also defines the manner and rules as regards the keeping of records of users of the Croatian national food and agriculture products "Proven quality" label or mark.
Article 3 list the European Union reference texts that were used.
The Annex is also part of this publication (Annexes I-V; containing sample administrative forms and examples of the label-stamp-mark object of this text).
