Abstract
This Regulation sets the mode and conditions for the correct navigation and passage thru the Croatian territory for domestic and foreign ships, when navigating or passing nearby certain important locations: Sibenik port, Pašman Straits, Mali Ždrelac and Vela Vrata, river Neretva and Zrmanja, Peljesac, Koloćepska, Unije channel and channel Krusija, parts of the Srednji channel, the Murter Sea and Žirje channel.
This Regulation regards the warships and technical vessels, and Croatian and foreign boats and yachts, passing thru the Croatian territory, and the prescribed provisions are implemented in order to ensure full environmental respect and safety.
