Regulation on the Notification of Animal Diseases.

This Regulation provides: how to report suspicions of animal disease; how to report the suspected location; method for the delivery of weekly reports on the implementation of control measures and/or eradication of disease at the site of the outbreak and the health status of the outbreak during the last week; method of delivery of the final report on the cancellation of the outbreak; form and content of application forms for doubt of the outbreak, weekly and annual reports of the outbreak.
Veterinary Commission reports directly to the European Commission and other Member States of the European Union within 24 hours of applying: primary outbreak of any disease listed in Annex I, part A of this Regulation which presence is confirmed in the country; the abolition of restrictive measures after the eradication of the last outbreak of any disease listed in Annex I, part A of this Regulation, regarding the territory of the Croatian Republic.
The Annexes I-III are an integral part of this Regulation.
