Abstract
This Regulation sets the conditions, purpose and manner for the performance of commercial marine fishing with bottom trawl net; structural and technical characteristics of such fishing gear and method, including the rules for fishing vessels performing such fishing activity on the territory of the Croatian territorial sea; conditions, criteria, contents and method for issuance of necessary permits; and methods for the maintenance of the related Register.
This text also provides for specific fishing provisions as regards the fishing zones present on the national territory (see article 3).
