Abstract
This Regulation hereby provides the rules defining the spatial and temporal limits of carrying out commercial fishing at sea bottom with trawl nets (including vessel rules); conditions and manner of issuing licenses for such fishing activities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia; criteria for project approval; content of the approvals; conditions under which it is possible to transfer the related approvals; content and method of keeping the Register of approved licenses.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
