Regulation on permits and licenses for the use and transport of ionizing radiation sources.

This Regulation establishes: the contents, standards and requirements necessary for the definition of the list of activities with sources of ionizing radiation; the conditions for granting the validity of the license to use sources of ionizing radiation and permits to purchase, import, export and use of sources of ionizing radiation.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to all natural and/or legal persons who work with sources of ionizing radiation and performing their activities in the Republic of Croatia.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
