Abstract
This Regulation establishes the conditions for the placing on the market and the correct use of animal feed, in order to ensure a high level of feed safety and a high level of protection of public health, as well as to provide adequate information for users and consumers and to strengthen the effective functioning of the market in accordance with the principles of the Food Law.
This Regulation further prescribes all necessary rules and standards for placing on the market and use of feed on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, and after its accession to the European Union, on the territory of the European Union, for both food-producing and non-food producing animals, including additional specific requirements for labelling, packaging and presentation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
