Regulation on the placing on the market of cereal seeds.

This Regulation prescribes the types of cereals whose seeds can be certified and the conditions for seed certification; categories of seeds of certain types of cereals and conditions that must be met by certain categories of seeds; cereal seed production conditions; conditions and procedure of official supervision and supervision under professional control for certain types of plants and their categories of seeds; training program and conditions for supervision; conditions to be met by suppliers of agricultural seeds; method and time of application for supervision; Report form; the form of the Certificate of recognition of the seed crop; content and method of keeping records of issued forms; content, form and method of keeping records on the mass of natural and processed seeds taken; conditions for preparing the seed mixture and the procedure of official supervision during the preparation of the seed mixture; minimum seed quality requirements; the size of the seed lot for each type of plant and their mixture; supervision of work of samplers; supervision of laboratory work; the Application form for issuing a seed certificate; documentation, content, form and method of keeping records of issued seed certificates; the manner and conditions of conducting post-control for certain types of plants; method and conditions of packing, sealing and labelling of seeds for certain types of plants and their categories of seeds; conditions for placing on the market seeds that have been treated with plant protection products; documents that during import must accompany the seed and/or be on the packaging; conditions for the import and placing on the market of seeds in terms of packaging, sealing and marking and the way of keeping records on the imported quantities of seeds.
