Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions for the certification of ornamental plant propagating material, production conditions and requirements regarding the quality of ornamental plant propagating material, conditions and procedure for official supervision and supervision under expert control, conditions for authorizing persons to perform supervision, content, form and method of keeping records of issued certificates of producers of ornamental plant propagating material, method and conditions for conducting subsequent control for individual plant species, method and conditions for packaging, sealing and labelling of ornamental plant propagating material, conditions for trade in ornamental plant propagating material, conditions for import and methods for related record keeping.
All technical sheets and indications including administrative forms/certificate samples are given in the Annex of this text.
