Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the Croatian National Plan for accidental marine pollution, including all technical provisions and procedures to follow in extraordinary cases.
Plan for Accidental Marine Pollution is an important and necessary document, part of the sustainable development and environmental protection national sector, which defines the procedures and measures for prediction, prevention, restriction, preparedness for and response to accidental marine pollution and the extraordinary natural events in the sea in order to protec the marine environment.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
