Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules for determining the prevalence of: a) campylobacter in broiler flocks and antimicrobial resistance; b) campylobacter and salmonella in broiler chicken carcasses.
National Reference Laboratory for salmonella, campylobacter, and for testing the resistance to antimicrobial agents and preparations will implement appropriate analysis of samples and isolates.
The data collected and results will be publicly available in the form that ensures confidentiality of the collected information.
The study includes only broiler chickens originating from the Croatian Republic.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
