Abstract
This Regulation, during severe disruptions in water supply and other forms of water use, determines the order of priority of water use in the Istria county (Republic of Croatia): surface water bodies, except for the abstraction for public water supply; sources ( including wells, boreholes, sealings, etc) intended for human consumption, which provide an average of 10m or less water or supplies 50 and fewer people, on land owned by the Croatian Republic, local and territorial (regional) self-government; sources (including wells , boreholes ,sealings, etc) intended for human consumption which provide an average of more than 10 m of water per day and can provide water for more than 50 people, which were not included in the public water supply, on land owned by the Republic of Croatian, local and territorial (regional) self-government; and sources (including wells, boreholes, sealings, etc) that are in public water systems, but the in the period of validity of these decisions is not used for public water supply.
