Abstract
This Regulation determines: methods for the correct carrying out of the public review on the proposal document related to a protected area; and professional background necessary to participate in the proceedings of the official reporting and valuation activities.
The provisions prescribed by this Regulation are completed with the public information principle and its standards, and inspection measures in order to have a correct report on the proposal for the new protected area on the Croatian territory.
