Abstract
This Regulation provides for the necessary procedure of public tendering for determining the most favorable bidder when selling agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia by direct agreement procedure.
The public bidding procedure for determining the most successful bidder shall be conducted if several persons o different entities have applied for the purchase of the same agricultural land lot.
Public bidding is organized, implemented and controlled by the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture.
