Regulation on producer organizations and other forms of associations of producers of primary agricultural products.

This Regulation prescribes the forms of producer associations, the basic principles of association and functioning, as well as the conditions for recognition and the procedure for recognizing producer organizations, transnational producer organizations, associations of producer organizations, associations of transnational producer organizations and sectoral organizations, the content and method of keeping of related Register (also forms given in the Annex), among several other procedural matters and inspection measures. Basic issues on recognized forms of producer associations are laid down in article 4; General conditions for recognition are listed in article 5.
