Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the provisions aimed to ensure the correct implementation of measures regarding the necessary organization of markets in fisheries and aquaculture sector, including the relations between the professional organizations in these sectors.
This text transposes the provisions contained in the following documents: Regulation (EU) no. 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2013 on the common organization of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 1184/2006 and (EC) No. 1224/2009, and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 104/2000; Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1418/2013 of 17 December 2013 on the plans of production and placing on the market pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council on the common organization of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products; Commission Recommendation 2014/117/EU on the establishment and implementation of plans for production and marketing in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 1379/2013.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
