Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on the performance of geodetic activity, prescribes the manner of taking the professional exam for persons performing professional geodetic works. This text also specifies the detailed list of regulations that are subject of such professional examination, which is necessary for acquiring the status of responsible person, professional associate and associates; the amount of compensation for professional exam costs, including indication on manner and composition of related examination committees, among issues on certificates of passed professional exam and related records.
