Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the complete program for a sustainable and efficient raise of the new fruit plantations on the territory of the Croatian Republic and related to the legal and physical persons that are engaged in the fruit production sector.
This Regulation further prescribes all related administrative procedures and requirements along all other technical information and standards necessary for obtaining all sorts of financial and/or technical benefits aimed to sustain the fruit production sector.
