Abstract
This Regulation prohibits import and transit on the territory of the Croatian Republic of live equidae originating from Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to protect the animal health.
The prohibition is also to be applied on shipments of live equidae originating from other countries if they were transported through the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The exception: sport horses of Croatian origin may be maintained on the territory of Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina until the end of the competitions, festivals, exhibitions or events in which they participate.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Upon the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation prohibiting the importation and transit on the Croatian territory of live equidae originating from Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette 23/09) will be no longer in use.
