Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Building Law, here prescribes the content, method and scope of project control, the method and meaning of verification of controlled projects by the auditor, as well as the list of buildings and works for which project control is mandatory and the method of verifying data that is considered as important for the control of such buildings and works. The control of the main project regarding the mechanical resistance and stability of structures and foundation in soil is mandatory for: 1. Buildings; 2. industrial and public buildings; 3. traffic buildings; 4. energy buildings (power lines, power plants, trunk and international oil and gas pipelines, wind farms); 5. water structures (dams, water structures for water protection with a capacity specified in article 3, water supply structures, flood protective embankments and reservoir, pumping stations); 6. underground buildings; 7. buried structures; 8. special foundations and rehabilitation of landslides; 9. constructions for which mechanical resistance and stability are proven by testing models or finished elements.
