Abstract
This Regulation set out the conditions that must be met by all legal entities engaged in projects of construction of mining facilities and conditions to be met by participants in the design and construction of mining facilities (rules also defining the rules and responsibilities of chief architect, designer, chief supervision engineer, supervising engineer, chief engineer of the construction site, site engineer and supervisor of works).
Further this Regulation prescribes that all legal entities engaged in projects of construction of mining facilities must meet the following requirements: proper registration and other administrative duties; employees who meet all necessary requirements and criteria; adequate equipment for project construction of mining facilities and/or similar; adequate office space.
