Regulation on construction of oil and mining facilities and plants.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, prescribes professional qualifications, professional exams and work experience of construction project designers, auditors, chief supervising engineers, supervising engineers, chief construction site engineers, construction site engineers, responsible test manager, mandatory content and elements of oilfield construction projects. and plants, method of equipping and marking the project, content of the contractor's written statement on performed works and conditions of maintenance of oil and mining facilities and plants, content of the final report of the supervising engineer, content of the statement of certified geodetic engineer, content of trial operation programme performing technical inspections and other details related to the construction of oil and mining facilities.
