Abstract
This Regulation defines the substances that are considered pollutants of agricultural land, their threshold limit values in soil, measures to prevent and control the pollution of agricultural land, with the goal of agricultural development and protection from degradation.
The prescribed standards and protection measures are important for the sustainable production of safe food, for the protection of human health, protection of animal and plant life, undisturbed use and protection of nature and environment.
