Abstract
The Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and environmental protection measures which must be followed by all maritime vessels that sail or are located in a protected ecological and fishing zone of the Croatian Republic.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to warships, naval auxiliary, and public vessels and boats, but they are still asked to follow the provisions of this Regulation in a measure that will not detract them from regular activities or duties.
