Abstract
This Regulation here establishes the minimum characteristics and conditions that plant species must meet when testing for distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS) of varieties for the purpose of recognition. DUS testing is performed by: a) Croatian Agriculture and Food Agency – Center for Seed and Seedling Production; or b) the competent official body of another Member State of the European Union or the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV).
